Who should I contact for support?
1. If you are having a problem with MyLocker, internet connectivity, Aeries, or blackboard connect contact the AUSD Helpdesk by phone or email for support.
2. If you are having a problem with echo (viewing a class, submitting an assignment, accessing a resource, accessing your parent account) fill out an echo help desk request and our echo technology administrator will get back to you.
